Terms of Sales
All sales are final.
For commissioned paintings, if you are not satisfied with the final product, I will keep the painting and initial deposit, and will issue a credit in the amount of the deposit that can be used toward the purchase of any art Pet Portrait Fun product or original.

If you purchased "Paint Your Pet Portrait- DIY Home Art Kit" and anything is missing or damaged upon arrival contact the artist immediately for replacement of missing or damaged items. Shipment of your "Paint Your Pet Portrait- DIY Home Art Kit"  is approximately 2 weeks from the date when the pet photo is emails to the artist.
